A new grad from the University of Victoria, David is driven to promote a healthy lifestyle to his clients and is eager to implement current up-to-date, evidence based injury prevention and rehabilitation. David has a special passion for traumatic brain injuries and concussions and is looking forward to Prime’s multidisciplinary approach to these cases.

David has a wide variety of sports backgrounds. He played competitive hockey, basketball, volleyball and rowing growing up. Furthermore, David pursued university level rowing at UVic during his studies. Through rowing David learned about team synchrony, proper lifting technique and above all, time management.

David wants to promote a health lifestyle through exercise and proper nutrition, which is why further nutrition courses are on the horizon.

Through David’s experience in the gym and in sports, he creates a fun, safe, and challenging environment to push clients’ mental and physical capacities.
