Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial stretch therapy is a modified Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretch that is done on a massage table. This massage technique is used to improve range of motion and muscle elasticity.

Some benefits of this system include increasing joint space, eliminating trigger points, improving muscle activation & relaxation, and of course improving flexibility and mobility. A key takeaway in stretch therapy is education on optimal flexibility after problems are identified & eliminated.
