Need a CSEP-PATH? Prime’
At Prime’ we use the ‘CSEP Physical Activity Training for Health’ assessment to help our clients find their base physical fitness.
This is a test that is used by the justice institute of BC as a part of their entrance to the firefighting programs. The CSEP-PATH has a scoring system that measures your fitness scores against your gender and age category of Canada’s general population.
The CSEP-PATH includes pre-testing screening, and clinical measurements of physical activity participation, metabolic fitness, body composition, aerobic fitness, musculoskeletal fitness, and back fitness.
The test takes an average of 2 hours to complete. Upon completion of this assessment, you will receive a summary of your current physical health-related fitness.
