Prime’s football programs are the most innovative, progressive off-season training program in football. We combine athletic experience, education, and proven methods to bring your game to the next level.

Program Options

December 7, 2020 to July 2, 2021

Monday/Tuesday: 6:45pm-8:00pm
Thursday: 6:30pm-7:45pm

Friday: 5:30pm-6:45pm via TeamBuilder

Mondays: 10:30 – 11:30am 
Fridays: 6:00-7:00pm

 

Prime’s 10-Week Combine Prep program is available to Senior High School to University athletes.

The goals of the program are: 

Monday Sessions: Mastering the 40-yard sprint (both acceleration and top end speed)

Friday Sessions: Mastering the combine agility drills and position specific drills
