The objective of our 2022 Spring Break Speed Program program is to develop a strong, powerful and coordinated athlete that is able to generate explosive speed, produce lightning fast quickness and execute fluid efficient change of directions.

New athletes can expect to have fun, and to be challenged. Prime’ creates a positive and motivating training environment, allowing young athletes to gain positive experiences and memories which ultimately create a healthy, and long relationship with physical activity.
