Prime’s integrated sport science programs are the first of its kind. We offer sport specific testing with active, professional specialists and coaches to deliver a basketball specific off-season program that has repeatedly proven to deliver results. Athletes train in small groups creating a motivating, challenging and stimulating team training environment.

program that has repeatedly proven to deliver results. Athletes train in small groups creating a motivating, challenging and stimulating team training environment.

Our High Performance Basketball program is designed for high school aged basketball players looking to take their strength and conditioning to the next level.

This 9 week program focuses on improving strength, power, multi- directional movement, speed, agility, and anaerobic and aerobic capacity.

Our 9 week 3 phase training program includes:

  • Pre and post program athletic evaluations (vertical / power / speed / agility / reactivity)
  • Sport yoga (Wednesday night 8:00-9:00pm)
  • Nutrition education to fuel the body for Prime’ performance

Ages:10-12

Our Elementary Basketball program is designed for basketball players aged 10-12 looking to take their strength and conditioning to the next level.

Prime’s integrated sport science programs are the first of their kind. We offer sport specific testing with active, professional specialists and coaches to deliver a basketball specific program that has repeatedly proven to deliver results. Our program increases overall athleticism and is proven to reduce and prevent potential injuries. Athletes train in small groups creating a motivating, challenging and stimulating team training environment.

This program focuses on improving strength, power, multi-directional movement, speed, agility, and anaerobic and aerobic capacity. We offer pre and post program athletic evaluations (vertical/ power/ speed/ agility/ reactivity) so athletes can track their overall progress.
