New changes to ICBC medical care and treatment after a crash:
As of APRIL 1ST, 2019 ICBC has new regulations regarding Chiropractic and Kinesiology coverage for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claimants. If you are involved in a MVA, and are covered by ICBC, you are automatically entitled to:
25 Free Chiropractic sessions within the first 12 weeks of a car accident
25 Free Physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks of a car accident
12 Free Kinesiology sessions within the first 12 weeks of a car accident
12 Free Athletic Therapy sessions within the first 12 weeks of a car accident
12 Free Massage Therapy sessions within the first 12 weeks of a car accident

PLEASE NOTE – these sessions must be booked within the first 12 weeks after the date of the MVA.
Therefore, if you are in MVA, be sure to call Prime’ right away and book your appointment, as the ‘clock is ticking’.
