Kendra Sheppard

Office Coordinator

Kendra Sheppard is the smiling (masked) face at the front desk of Prime’ Sport Performance and Therapy. Her role at Prime’ is to ensure everyone coming in the front door has the optimal experience from start to finish. Aside from that, you can find her buried in an unrelenting mountain of ongoing administrative projects.

Kendra holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Biology from Limestone University. While at Limestone she played four years of Division II Women’s Lacrosse for the Saints, bringing home 3 Conference Carolinas Championship titles as well as an NCAA National Tournament appearance. Kendra also received the 2018 award for Athletic Training Student of the Year and is currently a certified Athletic Therapist in both Canada (CATC) and The United States (BOC).

Kendra comes to us with previous experience in both office administration as well as athletic therapy providing her with an all encompassing perspective for the business. Her passion to always create an optimal environment for healing and effortless abilities to optimize internal processes have provided her with continued opportunities to expand her job roles, responsibilities, and develop meaningful relationships with clients and her team.

Kendra’s athletic background is centered around lacrosse however throughout her life she has also played competitive volleyball, basketball, rugby and hockey. Her involvement in sports has allowed her to travel to compete, referee and coach everywhere from regional to international levels.

Kendra is extremely passionate about her role at Prime’, as it takes her back to her roots. Her participation in high performance athletics has provided her with endless opportunities to flourish while playing, coaching, refereeing and volunteering. Kendra looks forward to watching Prime’ provide these same opportunities to others. She knows the value of having a dedicated team to support a dream, and she looks forward to being part of that at Prime’.
