Prime’ is offering two new programs this summer: Performance Training 2 & 3

These two programs are not for beginners, and are purposely designed not sport specific. Prime designed our Lv2 and Lv3 Performance training with the goal to increase overall athleticism, increase speed (with an emphasis on running mechanics), improve agility, and master proper lifting technique. 

Lv2 Performance Training: designed for athletes 13-16 years old. This program will focus on movement precision, with attention to detail on running mechanics, jumping mechanics, and multi-directional movement. Additionally, our performance specialists will focus on mastering the intermediate lifts such as squat, deadlift, lunge, push , press and pull. 


Lv3 Performance Training: designed for athletes 17-20 years old. This program is designed for athletes looking to take their training to the next level. Our Lv3 Performance Training program takes a balanced approach to programming combining Olympic weightlifting principles (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) with Powerlifting (Squat/Deadlift/Bench), Functional Training and SAQ (speed/agility/quickness).
