Our Spring Break program is built for youth athletes, ages, 10-15, to build core stability and strength, increase joint mobility and stability and build full-body interated strength.
New athletes can expect to have fun, and to be challenged. Prime’ creates a positive and motivating training environment, allowing young athletes to gain positive experiences and memories which ultimately create a healthy, and long relationship with physical activity.
